Japanese

Greek

In Greek, μισό means half. Half of something. A suggestion that the other half is still missing. That this story is only beginning.

The Story

MISO was born from a simple frustration: why do you need three different shops to get your fresh fruit tea fix, gunkan sushi, and the K-beauty serum everyone in Seoul is talking about?

So we made one.

A single blue door. Walk in — fresh fruit tea on the left, sushi counter straight ahead, shelves of curated Asian snacks and EU-certified K-beauty skincare to your right. A courtyard out back for slow afternoons.

We didn't design MISO to be "authentic." We designed it to be ours — a second-generation Asian voice in a Mediterranean city, speaking both languages fluently.

The blue isn't random. Klein blue — intense, unapologetic, impossible to ignore. Just like the feeling of finding exactly what you didn't know you were looking for.
